Once you have accepted the quote and paid the 50% as advance payment and we have received all the necessary material, we will to start your web page design. You will receive each page for your review and approval. You can request up to 5 changes without charge. If you require more changes they will be charged separately. Once all the pages are finished and approved, and after receiving the 50% balance payment, we will make your website public and send you all necessary access codes. 

After you accept the quote and make the payment of 50% of the total amount, you will need to sign our agreement contract with all the conditions and delivery dates. Note that we require everything done in written, through e-mail. 

Once we receive the signed contract, the questionnaire and all the necessary material to start with the design of your website (logo, texts, images, videos) We will start working on your web site.

We will design all the pages, from scratch, adapting them to your corporate image, needs and preferences. We will send you the pages as we finish them for your review and approval. Once you have accepted the design, in written, no further changes will be accepted. 

When all the pages are finished and approved, and you have made the payment of the remaining 50%, we will proceed to the final publication of your website and send you all the necessary access codes so that you have them whenever you need them.

Yes. Our WordPress Web Design service includes free domain and hosting for the first year, with everything you need to make the leap to the Internet in a safe and professional way. It also includes SSL certificate and 10 email accounts. From the second year, the renewal and payment of both services will be at your expense.

No. As with texts, you must send us the images on your website, making sure in advance that they do not violate any law on image rights. My recommendation is to hire a professional photographer to have your own and professional photographs or buy the images from paid image banks.

If you don’t have the budget for paid images, you can get good royalty-free photos from image banks like Unplash and Pixabay. We can do the image search in free banks for you, but you should know that this has an additional charge.

During the process of designing your website, all communication between us will be via e-mail. This the easiest and most effective method.

The month of support and web maintenance includes weekly updates of WordPress and plugins, Divi updates, daily backups, checking the health of your WordPress, resolution of possible errors and unlimited consultations by e-mail to solve doubts and possible problems.
